This is my 4th baby and I'm 5 weeks I hope I can still snap back I love your workouts and And had to modify some because I'm past 37 years-old I get real Breathy already.Thanks for your videos they give me hopes .

Wow, shoulders burning with those arm circles! Thanks for the awesome workout! If I modify the renegade manmakers for DR, and do wall pushups, how do I do the rows? Holding the weights up-and-down and pulling toward me while standing?
