I sort of do this by sticking an ice cube in one of those mesh feeder things.

My mom did this, except she somehow used rubber band sorcery to turn the hanging-out part of the washcloth into a bunny head and ears. We called it “boo boo bunny” because it was also great for putting an ice cube on bumps when we got older.
