hese were some of my favorite stretches during my 3rd trimester, especially during the last month. As always your movement should be intuitive, make sure you listen to your body and do what feels good.
You don’t need to do any set rounds or specific amount of time for each move. If you’ve got 10 minutes that works, if you have 30 minutes that works too. Fit movement in wherever you can, as often as you can.

- wag the tail
- childs pose
- modified dragon
- partner squats
