Ashley I'm 32 weeks and was wondering why there isn't any deadlifts in the last trimester of the prenatal program? I would like to know if is safe to do them. They are one of my favorite moves.
I am 19wks pregnant with my first little royalty. I have been working out for so long and admittedly I do miss my hard HITT workouts. I have been following your videos. You give such good advice.
