  1. loving your videos, absolutely love them so thank you so much! I plan to subscribe to your postnatal program as well. This is my 3rd pregnancy and I wish I knew about these for my first 2! Great job! Love that they are short and sweet but we work hard while we are here!

  2. I just want to say thank you for the time and dedication you have put into your videos. I'm expecting my first child and I have hated working out but ever since I have found your channel I have made it a routine to come on and work out to several of your videos. Before I found your channel I was having horrible back pain and I can truly say that it is because of these work outs that the pain has slowed down. Thank you so much again and keep up the hard work because it is helping women. God bless you and your family!

  3. Awesome short workout! I love your channel. I didnt know how to modify my exercise routine, but your videos really helped and motivated me to stay fit and in shape in a safe way. Thank you so much 😊

  4. I love your workouts!! I've been following your prenatal workout scheduled since I found you – about week 12. I am currently 28 weeks with baby #4 and it's definitely my healthiest and most fit pregnancy! Even though I am technically "advanced maternal age" at 36 years old, I feel the most comfortable and in shape of any of my pregnancies – which I totally attribute to your workouts as well as much healthier eating this time around. I hope to use your postpartum plan this time, too. Thanks so much!

  5. I had my baby October 4 of 2019 and hes 6 months now and Iv been having a hard time losing my baby weight i was hoping you could post a after pregnancy workouts help me lose the extra baby weight😁😀please

  6. Love this! 36 weeks pregnant with second baby in 3 years. Really hoping I get your postnatal plan for my birthday next week!! Didn't get it first time round but really want to make it happen this time ❤️ Thanks for everything

  7. Love this workout! This one might be my favorite (so far) because it just feels so fun and not like you're struggling and then you get done and realize how hard you've been working.

  8. Hi I love your pregnancy workouts and this one is my favorite. I have followed your workouts during most of my pregnancy and its great I can do them whether I have a spare 10 minutes or half an hour. Keep up the good work ! You are an inspiration to mums out there that want to have an active pregnancy! Thank you!

  9. This is a great workout, as usual! I wish though that there was less negative body talk like the word "muffin top." I've found its more positive for me to focus on building a strong core and being healthy rather than on "getting rid of my muffin top" or "love handles." Overall though your videos are great!

  10. I am so glad I found your workouts online! You are truely an inspiration, I love every single video you post, they are so effective and I can not tell you how fantastic I feel after every workout. They have helped me not only phisically but mentally as well. Your energy really comes across and encourages me to go further!! Thank you!

  11. Hi, Ashley. I absolutely love your workouts. After trying all pregnancy to find challenging but safe workouts, I was so happy to find you! I am currently 38 weeks and still doing your videos at least a few times a week in between walking.
Personally, I would love to see even more No Equipment workouts as I am in a small apartment on a small budget. This workout and your Best Prenatal Booty Lift are two of my favorites! I am excited to follow your plan all the way through next pregnancy!

  12. This workout was really challenging and it had a great variety of workouts. Thank you for this wonderful workout. I hope to see more prenatal videos and also postpartum videos

  13. I don't really have a stability ball, but a slightly smaller child's ball with a handle. It's seemed to work decently for these types of workouts; but I do sit lower on it. Is it a concern if my bum is below knee level whilst sitting on the ball? It dips down, but seems to be perfect in other moves.

  14. Thanks for the new workouts! I am 34 weeks pregnant and have been following your prenatal plan. I was so excited to see new workouts posted. You make it so easy and motivating to stay fit during pregnancy. Blessings in your third pregnancy!

  15. I never posted a comment before but you deserve positive feedback. I followed you through out my pregnancy last year 2017 and it's because of your workouts I was able to do a natural birth with no epidural. I'm 34 weeks pregnant now and I have continued with your workouts with this pregnancy as well. Thank you for the new ones you posted. I hope you know you are a blessing to many women who seek a healthy and active pregnancy. God bless you and your family.
