I am so pleased with these moves! Especially the lunges with the chair- no knee pain for once! I am so excited to continue checking out your pregnancy workouts. You are easy to follow and watch:) Thank you!
I read you aren't supposed to do planks while pregnant. Lifting your hips while doing the rainbow plank, does that make it safer for pregnancy? Please clarify.
This is too hard for me, I wish I could do the first exercise ! I am hurting my wrists from this plank ;( Anyway all the other exercises are great, thanks for creating this program 🙂
Hi! I'm 16 weeks pregnant and just came across your channel and I subscribed! Finally feeling well enough to exercise again as the first trimester was horrible! I just tried this and really struggled with my form on the side plie planks.. they really hurt the palms of my hands for some reason! I could barely do them.. I guess I will have to practice! I managed to complete 3X though! 😊
Unexpected side benefit since I started incorporating this workout: my SPD pain is almost gone! (Although I do the modified side plank at the beginning since the side plie is still a little painful.) I guess the lower back strengthening helps pull the pelvis into alignment?
Would love to see more workouts like this for muffin top! I always struggle with this area during pregnancy (& upper thigh). Thanks for all your videos!
My baby and me didn't like this workout… I'm 24weeks, excercising everyday and I was very active before pregnancy. But this… I've got heartburn after doing this and my baby started to kick me rapidly in my belly… I think it's not a good workout for second or third trimester. I'd rather call it an after pregnancy workout.
I'm a First time mom and I love your workouts! I've been doing prenatal workouts since I first got pregnant, I'm now 19 weeks and I've finally found something that's pregnancy safe and challenges me.
hey there! super scared to exercise while pregnant and had a CRAZY hospitality job before i got pregnant – 13 hr days, constantly on my feet, plus a 2 hr commute getting me home somewhere around 2am overnight. obviously quit when i found out i was expecting and had a terrible first trimester. but now i am 12 weeks and feeling much better and would love to do this but i am terrified! is it safe? even though i haven't exercised in months?? thank you!!! xoxoxxoL
Before pregnancy I was working out to lose fat and get toned. I was doing a mix of HIIT, strength, and body weight training about 5-6 times a week 20-30 min every morning. First trimester was rough and I did not workout at all. I will be 17 weeks tomorrow and I really want to get back at it. Your workouts seem the most intense and also the shortest like what I was used to before I really would like to follow them throughout the rest of my pregnancy along with some yoga. Do you have any recommendations as far as a plan instead of random workouts through the week?
Just what I was looking for as I am developing said muffin top. Trying to get my diet back on track to help too. I do have diastasis recti, and when I do the side to side plank hip drops I feel like it could be pulling the sides apart further? Or is this supposed to aid in keeping them from pulling apart more? Much appreciate your videos!
Hello- is there a modification for this or maybe a different exercise? I don't have the strength to lift my hips off the ground so I can;t really do this exercise. A mod would be helpful cause I am sure I am not the only one! 🙂

The first exercise looks unsafe… lose of balance could be detrimental.
Can this be done during third trimester?

Which part(s) of this video are not 3rd trimester safe? I've been doing it throughout 2nd trimester, but noticed it doesn't say 3rd trimester…

Is it safe if you didn’t work out daily before you were pregnant? I’m 10 weeks pregnant now. Thanks
Do you do all of your workouts from Home or do you go to a gym also?
