It’s comforting to know that none of us are alone. ❤️ We all experience some (if not all) of these struggles so it shouldn’t be judged when we talk about them. We’re already feeling the when sharing these vulnerable experiences.
The biggest piece of advice we can give is to make some mom friends or at least ONE mom friend. Being able to express the highs and lows of motherhood without feeling or being judged by someone else is essential. It feels good to talk about it. And as a mom, she’s in the thick of it too and will be able to understand and relate to exactly what you’re going through.
