Was it just me or did anyone else thought it would be a video lol? That’s an awesome idea though but I have a rainbow instead of a roomba and our gate is right above the stairs.
Oh man, my roomba is just collecting dust because my toddler is terrified of it. Doesn’t matter if she’s on the other side of the house: she knows it’s on. Can’t even stand seeing it when it’s off. It’s the devil. Miss that thing.
That is such a good idea. We installed ours a few inches off the ground and the roomba drives under, but this seems like it could have been the easier option.
We installed our baby gate a bit higher (installed 3 years ago to keep dog away from front door). It’s just high enough for the roomba to pass through.

Lol we do the opposite – we use the gate to block the Roomba from accidentally ending up in the sunken entryway (thereby unable to get out) 🤣
Why not move the gate up by a couple inches?
Hahaha this is great. We just raised it up so the roomba can go under the bar 😂

Solution: retractable baby gate. They exist! Don’t know how well they do against toddlers though…
My solution: dustpan and brush.
Brilliant
You are a god amongst parents.

My husband used the boxes from Christmas presents to make the ramps. 🤣
Poor little vacuum has to deal with a toddler chasing him around, asking him to read all the time.
Genius.
This is BRILLIANT
I just got one for Christmas and this is genius
