Here are 5 movements highly recommended to prep for labor. You can spend up to 30 mins practicing these movements everyday. I spend 60 sec – 3 minutes each movement and keep rotating through all of them. Sometimes I only bounce, it’s really up to you what you choose to focus on since every pregnancy is different.
