  1. +1 for naps, too. It’s supposed to be for getting household stuff done, but really it’s just dicking around on the internet for a few hours while my kid sleeps across my lap. Always remember to go pee before they lay down!

  2. I’m 100% sure this will be us!! I’ll be solo in the am to take her to daycare. My plan is to shower then feed before dressing but lol I took my time this morning during the feed

  3. My kid is 14 months old and NOT a snuggler. More like a tornado running through the house. Consider yourself lucky- I miss those potato baby days when we could actually snuggle!

  4. I’m pregnant with my first and honestly I am so excited for this. I’m sure i’ll change my mind when my personal time is stripped away, but there’s something so soothing about morning snuggles with my husband and pets now and can’t wait to add the babe to the pile. 🥺

  5. My kids are 2.5 and 4, they stay in their room until 7am (they have a clock) so I set my alarm for 615am every day to get dressed, drink coffee and excercise before they get up.

So far I’ve hit my snooze button every single time but maybe tomorrow will be the day!

  6. My 2 year old still cuddles like this ever nap and during night time i never want it to stop! My 4 year old does it on occasion but not as much and it makes me so sad. They grow up too fast.

  7. Yep. Every. Single. Day.

And once he falls asleep on me, I don’t even feel like putting him back in the bassinet. I just hold him until I have to get up. I know I’m setting up some bad habits, but I don’t even care. I know he is my last baby and I will snuggle him as often as I can.

  8. My kid is already 3.5 and comes in to snuggle/sleep every morning around 5:00. He will wake up if he doesn’t feel me there. Doesn’t matter that his dad is also right there. It has to be me. So if I want him to get a proper amount of sleep, I have to stay in bed next to him.

I honestly don’t mind. I love cuddling him and I know my days of getting to do that are numbered. I probably only have 2-3 more years where he’ll want to do that. So I’m just trying to enjoy it while I have the option.
