So glad I just stumbled across your channel. I miss running. I haven’t run in years now and want to get back into it. Currently pregnant with baby #6 🤯. Our youngest three will be 3 under 3 and I haven’t run since pregnancy with the eldest of this set. Hoping to slowly condition back.

Thank you for this video, it is so helpful! I’ve been running for about 2 months with a double stroller, a 20 lb 11 month old and a 35lb 3 year old. I’ve been seeing all of this “advice” on social media that cardio won’t burn fat, just muscle, and that running will just eat away at your muscles and won’t burn fat. What is your take on that? How many days a week running is too much?

I've been power-walking all summer with a double stroller, only gotten brave enough to run twice, but I've never heard anyone say that you can double the points because of the extra effort it takes! I push 80 lbs! And I liked the tip about single hand pushing, effort miles and also paying attention to cadence! Also- just yesterday I got another funny comment when pushing the 2 kiddos, I always think they are so interesting but this one was a lady passing me saying “that’s a lot of weight” 🧐🤔🤦🏻♀️er, yeah, duh!
Thank you for the tips! For cadence, am I trying to get 90 steps per foot per minute, or is that 45 with the left foot and 45 with the right foot?

This video is so perfect! Just upgraded our double jogger 🙌. Pushing two kids total of 60is lbs. this makes so much sense the conversion of stroller running to normal and steps not pace. Video is so so helpful!! Is there anything different I should know for running on dirt roads?
Love this video and the points about converting your effort miles, watching cadence and effort not pace. I have two questions: 1) I have an older version of the double Bob with swivel wheel but the handle bar is not adjustable…have you seen anything that will convert them to adjustable? 2) I’ve noticed on the jogging strollers, there are adjustments for shock absorption. Do you have any recommendations for adjusting those?

Hey Ashley! Excellent video here. Liked as requested :). Great job as always! I’ve got a question. If you’ve ever ended up with any amount of inflammation in your knees, what have you had success with in terms of eliminating that? I’m big on regular long Epsom salt baths, normal icing, and sticking the legs straight up a wall. Is there anything else I am possibly missing?
