I was terrified to become a mama.
I was so excited to meet my little girl but I continued to hear all of these things that made me second guess myself.
Yes, mom life and postpartum is crazy and exhausting but I wish I heard more of the amazing things when I was pregnant instead of the “just wait” comments that scared me.
So if you’re expecting, get ready for the most beautiful journey of your life. 💝 Credit: @jglass

Story of my life at the moment……
Im literally having the most calmest pregnancy, and plus being a first time mom, all i hear is “just wait for this”. Everyone thought id be suffering thru pregnancy yet its been so calming. Like no everyones experience is the same
Enjoy the pregnancy and don’t worry about what kind of mother you’ll be…a book that teaches you how to be a parent… doesn’t exist!!! Every mom and baby are different, from the very First moment you hold your baby…Is like a magical switch in you that turns on. So enjoy every moment! I have 4 children and any of them came with instructions.
Brand New mamma here too. Of course it’s hard but a little smile from my lil baby boy and everything is worth it. ❤️❤️❤️❤️ No better feeling in the world.
In a strange way It’s as though people want to see you struggle so the can ‘help’ u. I had the most amazing pregnancy and felt the best I’ve ever left but all the while I was waiting for ‘the bad stuff’ …..even when I had my LG she was a joy from the beginning and we just went with the flow…again people telling me….’oh just wait for’ …..! I know that’s sadly not the case for everyone but I wish people would stop the scary comments to expectant and new mums X
🙏🏼needed to hear that 🤍
😂😂😂😂 thanks for this lol
This is so accurate!!! It was something I was looking forward too but honestly also dreading because of how bad people were making it seem. It does have hard times but the good times outweigh the bad soooo much more
Awwww that made me feel better ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Totally agree. Most of the comments I heard were like: “Just wait!” Or “You will see…” and it was really irritating. Hate when people project their experience on others.
