Yes! My daughter was born last year in July at 36w 3lb 10oz due to severe IUGR. She was late to roll, late to push up, late to crawl. I wasn’t too worried as I know babies do it all in their own time (she’s my second). It’s really hard to not compare her to other children, but she’s very social and loves to be around people. She’s hitting all of the other developmental milestones that she should be. Hopefully we’ll be discharged from the paed before Christmas!

DD was severe IUGR and SGA. Born planned c section 6/6 at 37w, 4lb2oz. Spent 4 days in NICU. Needed a continuous sugar drip 2.5 of those 4 days.

She’s a couple days away from 5mo and we’re not quite 10lbs (she’s still too small for some of her 3mo clothes 😅). We recently got the all-clear from the ped dietitian that we don’t have to supplement/force weight gain and just let her continue on her own curve. I EBF now. We’re not on the charts yet haha

Now that I got some background out of the way, on to my question.
She is incredibly social and alert. She’s great at holding her head up when being held. But she can’t yet push up when we do tummy time and she hasn’t rolled consistently (the couple of times it’s happened it was more of a fluke). Her ped doesn’t seem all that concerned, but the ped was also really focused on weight gain until her 4mo checkup.
Anyone else have an IUGR SGA baby that struggled with large motor skills?
