  1. Love these workouts! First baby I didn't realize you had a prenatal plan, and came across your workouts at 3rd trimester so I would just cherry pick workouts. I've completed 12 WPP and 10 Minute Plan! Took a couple weeks off then jumping onto week 11 of prenatal plan this seems so much harder now haha!! I can't remember it being this challenging my first pregnancy. But all I was doing for baby 1 was cardio. Thanks Ashley for all your great workouts!

  3. Will this perk up the chest area? Not look for a major boob lift, but a little boost upward would be good! My breast tissue is compromised from breastfeeding two babies (doesn’t bother me one bit). It’s how low they hang a little lower that makes me self conscious.

  4. Hey! I don't have a stability ball. Can you explain in your videos how to modify the exercises to do them without one, or do you recommend that viewers buy a stability ball?

  5. Thanks Ashley! I've been following your Prenatal Program & I absolutely LOVE it! I have a gym membership and I've been more consistent with home workouts using your program then I've ever been. It feels so good when I finish each video in the program, I leave feeling happy, sweating and ready for the day. Since I have a whole hour in the morning dedicated to "mama workout time" I have added a few extra videos on your page to each day. Thankful this pregnancy has given me enough energy to stay consistent with 60min of fitness. At 26 weeks + 2 days and feeling amazing! <3
