I’ve given up on going to the gym. I just do home-based workouts now. There’s a lot of good stuff on YouTube for free! Bodyfit by Amy is my favourite. (Sorry…not quite sure how to link) She’s got tons of great post-partum workouts too! And lots of short 10-20 minute vids I can do while my toddler is distracted by an episode of paw patrol. It’s not ideal, but it’s the best I can do for now.
Popsugar fitness and Yoga with Adrienne are some other good free YouTube channels.
