I was completely like this until about week 14, where I slowly, slowly managed to start regaining energy. I barely ate or slept, I had zero ability to even care for myself. I had my mum over all the time to help with laundry, household chores, and even getting some kind of food in me.
I couldn’t imagine how much worse the hormones must be with twins!!
But, as the second trimester went on, I started feeling better. I’ve never been entirely better during pregnancy (I’m 29+5), I don’t expect to be anymore, but at least I can feed myself, have morning showers, and get a few things done in the day!
Hang in there, it will get better!
Edited to add: if you can, I found braiding my hair to be super useful! I’ve never had hair so tangled before, and a braid kept it all fairly tame for a few days.
