  1. Oh no! I didn’t eat soybeans or walnuts 😱 guess my baby will be unhealthy. I hated seeing these posts while pregnant

  2. Goodness! just follow your instincts. I had sushi and caffeine while pregnant. I’m sure other women had the other “banned” items

  3. Large fish can contain large amounts of mercury! Please use caution and consult your doctor before eating salmon and other large fish while pregnant!
