First off, you’re amazing. And I thank you so much for your support and motivation. My question is, is your 12 week postpartum plan also ok for post partum umbilical hernias?
I did it in my living room (sans stroller) and picked up toys during the walk breaks 😜
Just finished the 12 Week Post Pregnancy Plan and LOVED it!! One question, my gap is still about 1.5-2 fingers width after the 12 week plan. Should I just repeat the phase 3 exercise or do you have any others?
Can you reccomend any pregnancy workout clothes?
