  1. First off, you’re amazing. And I thank you so much for your support and motivation. My question is, is your 12 week postpartum plan also ok for post partum umbilical hernias?

  2. Just finished the 12 Week Post Pregnancy Plan and LOVED it!! One question, my gap is still about 1.5-2 fingers width after the 12 week plan. Should I just repeat the phase 3 exercise or do you have any others?
