I’ve been following your prenatal plan for the last almost 6 weeks now!! I’ll definitely be buying the postnatal plan too! I was just curious if your supposed to add cardio to these workouts? I usually go on my exercise bike before or after them but wasn’t sure if just the videos were enough? Thank you!!!

I have been doing these workouts pretty early on in my pregnancy, currently at 29 weeks and 5 days!!! The calf tabata got me today!! Oh my! I try to do them first thing in the morning while my little one is sleeping… or we just figure things out if he's awake ;).
I have loved following your prenatal workout videos! They are the best! I love that I can still get a great workout and be as pregnant as I am, which is 34 weeks currently. This particular video is AMAZING. Thank you for sharing!!
