I have a pretty flat butt and am 20 weeks, will this plump up my butt or just lift it? I have an H shaped butt with nothing on the top lol
im 21 week pregnant i want a bigger rounder lifted bum and wider hip will this work.

I added some leg weights and BAM perfect for me. I started this video with out the weights and needed more of a challenge further in my pregnancy. I am now 27 weeks and love feeling strong. Im not all muscle but i still feel like super mom when I do your workouts. Thank you
