  1. I added some leg weights and BAM perfect for me. I started this video with out the weights and needed more of a challenge further in my pregnancy. I am now 27 weeks and love feeling strong. Im not all muscle but i still feel like super mom when I do your workouts. Thank you

  2. Love love love this video I'm currently 9 weeks and this is my very first pregnancy I want to be as active as I can I'm starting to get over the morning sickness a little so hopefully I'm able to move and do this work out tomorrow
