Are you having swelling during your pregnancy? 😭⁣

Always always always talk to your provider about your swelling, because it CAN indicate a condition called preeclampsia. ⁣

Most women who experience swelling DO NOT go on to develop pre-e, and most swelling is worse at night, and resolves a BUNCH in the morning after you sleep. ⁣

Here are a few ways you can help combat that swelling:⁣

🔸 Exercise! Exercise can encourage circulation, which can help that fluid MOVE!⁣

🔸 Lots of Water! Again, move that fluid!

I had pre eclampsia and I was very sick it was terrible and I ended up having an emergency c section.
