Try to choose an upright position since it has many benefits during labour, including allowing for the baby to move down and into the right position. bringing on stronger contractions and potentially a shorter labour. decreasing the chance of needing an epidural.
In short, active and upright positions during labor are recommended to be used. Give it a go. It’ll be worth it!
