    Just have to say though, I'm not sure why there's ads in the middle of the video. I totally get that you need to make money, and I'm fine with ads at the start or end. But having a workout video interrupted by ads in the middle makes it difficult to stay in the zone and sort of defeats the purpose of the video.

  4. this is so useful. Remember to stay fit and strong – if you're doing weights, remember to go high reps/low weights. Legs are also best compound exercises that are safe during pregnancy – walks, jogs, squats, lunges.

    Frankly, the others are all gift boxes priced at $80-120 with so many useless things.
    Oooh also, get resistance bands to stay in tone gals. They're cheap and adjust to the level of resistance that's perfect for you

  5. Thankyou for these videos. They have helped me stay in better shape during my second pregnancy. Im currently 31 weeks. I remember you mentioned that you lift heavy once a week with deadlifts and squats during your pregnancy. Would you be able to share those workouts too? I especially appreciate the emphasis you put on correct form and what to avoidin terms of posture throughout all your videos. It has helped me stay pain and injury free. Thankyou ☺️☺️
