I remember you mentioned that you lift heavy once a week with deadlifts and squats during your pregnancy. Would you be able to share those workouts too? this is so useful. Remember to stay fit and strong – if you're doing weights, remember to go high reps/low weights. Legs are also best compound exercises that are safe during pregnancy – walks, jogs, squats, lunges.

Just have to say though, I'm not sure why there's ads in the middle of the video. I totally get that you need to make money, and I'm fine with ads at the start or end. But having a workout video interrupted by ads in the middle makes it difficult to stay in the zone and sort of defeats the purpose of the video.
