My go-to prenatal warm up exercises! This is the 5 minute warm up routine that will prepare your body and baby to work out. Do these warm up exercises before any workout during 1st trimester, 2nd trimester, and 3rd trimester of your pregnancy.

Did you have vulvar vericosities while pregnant? If so, can you reccomend anything to use to help while exercising, or certain modifications?
