  1. Little time, lots of sweating and effort. Great! What do you combine this with? Running, upper body? On the other hand, I think my bosu ball was WAY too big for my height. My hamstrings were killing me! Awesome!

  2. Loved this! great quick work out- especially for us with a kiddo at home. I would love a lower back strengthener- I feel like I'm constantly stressing mine, always picking up my baby and doing things around the house. Thanks!!
