Loved this! great quick work out- especially for us with a kiddo at home. I would love a lower back strengthener- I feel like I'm constantly stressing mine, always picking up my baby and doing things around the house. Thanks!!

Little time, lots of sweating and effort. Great! What do you combine this with? Running, upper body? On the other hand, I think my bosu ball was WAY too big for my height. My hamstrings were killing me! Awesome!

Love that you hold your son during part of this. I frequently end up holding my daughter during workouts. This is a great, quick workout. Loved it!
