Love this workout! Working at home and being pregnant during covid, I really feel like your videos are so motivational because I can do them on breaks. Also, it is a lot easier (mentally) to do a 15 min workout than an hour when all you want to do it sit on the couch and eat. Your workouts are really helping me and my growing (first) baby!

Two weeks and I am feeling the resistance! Weight gain is gradual now and feel fitter toned and my arm has muscle definition this is my fav and it works along with not your momma's prenatal work out , all you need is a band, I also have a ball for support. Walking is great but needed a challenge and this one does it safely. You are amazing !
