Ashley, I've had the prenatal program saved for a long time and I'm loving it now that I am finally pregnant! I had a hard time exercising first trimester so I'm trying really hard to step it up now! Having a regimented plan and motivating videos makes it so much easier! Thank you, looking forward to more videos.
People used to think I was weird for squeezing my butt at the gym. Poor things were always doing everything wrong. Lol my gluteus grew because of the squeeze.
About 20 weeks into my 3rd pregnancy- loving these videos!! Would love to see some more kettlebell!
