  2. ❄✨Congrats on your 1st girl! I too gave birth to a girl one short week ago. Your video (again) is helpful. I do belly bind but with my spanx and agree with your nutrition advice. Except I do indulge in some sugar like dark chocolate! Your figure is great! I got a little work to do but will lose the pounds with good diet and exercise after my doc visit! Merry Christmas!❄✨
