❄✨Congrats on your 1st girl! I too gave birth to a girl one short week ago. Your video (again) is helpful. I do belly bind but with my spanx and agree with your nutrition advice. Except I do indulge in some sugar like dark chocolate! Your figure is great! I got a little work to do but will lose the pounds with good diet and exercise after my doc visit! Merry Christmas!❄✨

Great video! Thank you for sharing all that! I have a question related to nutrition and lactation – what do you think about lactation cookies and would you recommend a recipe? Thanks in advance 🙂

Finally had time to watch this and love it! Ordering my belly binding ASAP. My third will be here in two week or so. Wahoo!

The cloth binder doesn't look like it would do anything.

Can you still use the belly binder 11 weeks postpartum and still see results?

one quick question, on a normal week, how many hours do you workout (more or less) it can't be easy with 3 kids – you're a super mom!
