My chest area is covered in dry round patches while my stomach is covered in red bumps. My eczema always flares up during pregnancy and stress. Now I know the best cure is Petrolatum but I really don’t want to feel like a sticky, greasy, ball of goop. Is there something else that’ll work? I’ve been suffering from insomnia during pregnancy for a couple months now and I want to know what the easiest way to cure insomnia during pregnancy is. I’ve taken those herbal remedies like Sleep-MD and they don’t seem to be much of a cure for insomnia. So what are my best options for curing insomnia during pregnancy?

I have already gained about 10 pounds with this pregnancy and im only 12 and a half weeks pregnant. I cant really figure out what to do to not gain so much weight. My husband loves to eat but hes super lucky he doesnt gain no matter what he eats. I recently lost 75 pounds (almost 3 yrs ago) and im now terrified that im going to gain alot back just from having a baby. What can i do, and what is healthy to gain?

I piled on six stone and it took a number of years a lot of hard work and tears and reconstructive surgery to get back to some normality. Does anyone know of any good ideas to prevent unneccesary weight gain during pregnancy. Yes I know you have to put some weight on! Someone suggested weight watchers who are able to create a special plan to follow. I’m not pregnant, just thinking ahead!

What’s the difference between nausea due to pregnancy and due to gastritis?
is there any difference? i’ve been feeling this nausea almost whole day and when i pressed my gastric, I didn’t feel pain like what I used to feel when I had gastritis.
what i meant was i haven’t taken any pregnancy test yet and 3 days late…so i’d like to know if this is gastritis or due to pregnancy?
and please don’t say.. go to doctor or do a pregnancy test
