My nipples are kind of swollen feeling, but i don’t think i am able to actually produce milk. I’m not sure, I haven’t tried, but i was wondering can you accidently lactate while pregnant, and at what point during pregnancy can it happen? I am 14 weeks and 4 days pregnant. Can this happen later during the pregnancy, or right now can i possibly lactate? Or will my breasts/nipples just feel swollen for a while?
