I am in the same exact boat. To Christina, she did not even say how many tests she took, so who are you to say she took so many? I think ya need to get your self into a doctor, I am this week. I am exactly 15 days late. Let me know your results, and I hope you get what you want! I have only taken one test and it was negative. Good luck and God bless.

A couple of months ago I had something similar. If I had went by symptoms alone I could have convinced myself I was pregnant. Of course, all early pregnancy symptoms can be explained by something else so you can’t rely on that. I went to the doctor and had them do a blood test for hCG. He also ran a progesterone count to see if I had ovulated that month. It turns out my ovulation was delayed by 2 weeks and I didn’t ovulated until the time my period was due. I started a couple of days after that, nearly 3 weeks late.

The best thing for you to do is to go see your doctor. Box pregnancy tests often turn up false, and can not be relied on completely.
Other factors can lead to a missed period, such as stress, change in routine/schedule, new medications, etc. The other pregnancy symptoms could also be attributed to illness… morning sickness could really just be food poisoning, etc.

Your probably not pregnant…Sometimes if You think your pregnant your body reacts and has the symptoms b/c you get so convinced but your really not pregnant at all. (I forgot the technical term for it) If your still not sure just go to the doctors. Stressing about it can also prevent your period from coming too.

Are you on or have you been on any kind of medication. Many years ago I was on Zoloft (an antidepressant) and just stopped taking it. I was supposed to gradually ween my body off of it, but I just stopped completely. I had major mood swings, breast tenderness, nausea, and no period for three months!!! I was not pregnant. It was a reaction to no medication.
ps; I was fine after about 4 months.

I suggest you visit your doctor for a pregnancy blood test. Even if you’re not pregnant, they might find a reason why your period is delayed.
Personally I did 3 home pregnancy tests and all came back negative but the blood test confirmed our pregnancy.
    All the best
