I’m giving the exercises you mention a go as I believe I have it although I haven’t consulted my doctor just yet. I wondered how much it will affect labour? Obviously I would like it to be as pain free as possible.

It amazes me at the number of people who instead of answering your question try to push their ideas on you. People....she didn't ask you if she should breastfeed tonight...she asked about pumping so why not just answer her question! Geez!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Yes honey you should pump because getting engorged will be very painful for you. If you think that the baby is not agreeing with something you ate go ahead and dispose of what you pump and use formula. When you go back to breastfeeding if it turns runny again, you will know that it is just going to be like that and not worry next time. Also, the best advice I can tell you is to do what works for you and your baby. There will always be people out there telling you what they think you should do as if it is the only way of doing things. Best wishes to you and your baby.
KITTYKATEMMEBOT......I do not need you to school me on breastfeeding/formula feeding. I have given birth to 2 children and am well aware of the pros & cons of both. My problem was that instead of answering her question people go on rants about breastfeeding....that is pushing an agenda. She is already a breastfeeder....her question was about pumping versus not pumping. When people vear away from the actual question it's called pushing their agenda. Thanks for the breastfeeding lesson though ;)

I have been working really hard to get a sexy body. I go to the gym every day, watch what I eat, but still could not get the body I wanted. That was until I found this body cleansing stuff. I was able to get the sexy body I wanted in 9 days. I did a 9 day cleanse and lost 10 pounds and 15 inches! This was GREAT! I had been working so hard for over a year to get this, and this program gave me what I wanted in 9 days. I found out that many body builders use this to get ready for competitions because the protein in the shakes builds muscle and the cleanse helps to get rid of the toxins stored in the fat cells. When the toxins are removed, the fat cells shrink and you definitely can tell in the way your clothes fit! I recommend this product for anyone wanting to get a better looking body quickly. I found out about it at this toll free number 1-877-587-4647. It is not a cheap program, but it is worth it! You can also get it at this website http://GetAnewBod.com

My morning sickness started at five weeks and seems to have slacked up since week eleven. Your body is working hard to pump blood to you and your baby, so nose bleeds are supposed to be a lot more common. I haven't had that experience yet, but I know other pregnant women who have.

my son was breastfed and he had quite runny poo - its normal as breastmilk is so easy to digest. if he does have an upset stomach changing his diet suddenly may do more harm than good

The top 8 allergenic foods are milk, egg, peanut, tree nut (walnut, cashew, etc), fish, shellfish, soy, and wheat. You could try doing a rotation diet and eliminating each one for a week or two, in different rotations, to see what he reacts to.
I included a couple of links on elimination diets. I would also check out the Mothering.com discussion forums (link in the Source). Many mamas there have done elimination diets to find out what they're breastfed babies are allergic to. Try doing a search there for 'elimination diet' and browse through the Nutrition threads.
Good luck!
