Even though the last thing you want to hear is ‘Relax’, it is very important that you find a way to relax whether it’s through meditation, yoga, or just spending some alone time. Stress is a big factor in your inability to get pregnant.

5. Smoking and consuming alcohol, you should stop taking them now and some certain medications can affect your ability to get pregnant.

Your health is the most important factor for getting pregnant. If your health condition is poor, the chance of getting pregnant is very low too.
